Shipping Policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing (Monday - Friday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow 4-6 days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the area pin code and region.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If your order is not delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product. For pre-paid orders, your package will be re-shipped.
CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to a quality check. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the product is used, damaged, or without tags. You will be offered a product exchange if the desired size is out of stock.
- We only provide one exchange per order, so please ensure the size is correct (please read the size chart as per your body type). For assistance, we are happy to help. The first replacement is free. From the second replacement onwards, an additional charge of Rs. 100 will apply
- The exchanged product will be shipped once we receive the returned item. The entire process typically takes 7-9 days.
- If the return pick-up area is non-serviceable, you must send the product via your local courier service, and no exchange fee will be charged. Products purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged product, we sincerely apologize. Please take a picture of the product and DM us at @thirdstory.in or Mail to thirdstory@trak.in within 2 days of delivery, and we will assist you.
